There are several ways you can get traffic to your website, some through the use of normal acceptable methods, other through the use of underground or under the table methods. But there is only one way that is both fast and effective, but even then you need to do allot of work, from seo’ing your site to get the best keywords to actually getting your site indexed by the search engines, mostly google.
One of the best ways is to start a blog and post, post, post, and then use that blog as a personal link farm, so to speak. Getting a blog indexed is for some reason 60% faster, on average, than getting a website indexed, especially if you use a blogging system that lets you edit the actual HTML code. And there are 100 different lines of Meta tag codes you can add to improve your relationship with the google-bots. I won’t even try to go into that right now. Just take my word for it, using this method can get your sites url “botted” in a week or less, sometimes severely less.
There are also the temptations of the autosurf and other traffic exchanges. Just to set the record straight before you make a very dear mistake, understand that using traffic exchanges to promote websites with google code or ads on it will get your account banned 85% of the time. It is fine to promote the main page, if the main page doesn’t have ad code on it, but if you have even one ad from google on that page, expect to get an email from google informing you that you are “otta there” for illegal clicks or some other wording.

There is really only one Traffic exchange, that for one reason or the other won’t get you banned, and I have used hundreds. That traffic exchange is called Trafficswarm, and all in all its pretty good, at least for getting your page seen. Its like anything else, good product sells, bad offers are ignored. I don’t really recommend using a traffic exchange until you understand what I am writing, because you only get one shot at it. But as long as you follow the rules I wrote, you should be fine and get a few hundred hits a day.

Go signup for an account and submit your URL’s, they have to be connected to an article of course but the google bots live there and those stories are indexed daily almost. So just adding an article puts you on line for indexing. It is the best way ever to get indexed, but be careful and don’t get greedy, you will be banned from posting and you will miss it, a good article (really a good title) can net 1000’s of hits a day, far more than dig and has more categories.
